We offer an outstanding system of flooring care, beginning with carpet and upholstery cleaning and care.

Our carpet cleaning system is a four-step system which begins with a thorough vacuuming of all areas to be serviced.  Next, we pre-spray the areas with a nice-smelling, eco-friendly solution which begins to break up the dirt in the carpet fibers.  Next, is the most important step of the process and the step which separates us from our competition.  Using a powerful buffering machine, we scrub the treated areas, thereby breaking down virtually all ground-in dirt and providing a much more thorough cleaning process than simple shampooing.  Finally, using 200 degree water and strong suctioning, we shampoo and simultaneously vacuum the carpet.  We apply a neutralizing agent in the final process, which prevents any discoloration or “graying” of the carpet from previous shampooing.

Here is another absolute advantage of our system:  Our method will not over soak your carpet, padding and sub-flooring.  The application of too much water or cleaning agent over time and continued application will have a very negative effect on flooring.  Ultimately, this over treatment can result in molded carpet padding and rotted floor sub-flooring, both of which can be extremely costly to repair or replace.  We guarantee that or process will leave your carpet completely dry in two to three hours!

For upholstery, extraction is the most desirable method of cleaning.  As with our carpet process, we pre-treat the upholstery with a mild solution.  We then use an extraction method of removing dirt and stains from the upholstery.  As with carpet, the average drying time is approximately two to three hours.

Pricing Structure

• All flooring, aside from carpet is priced by the square footage.  The more frequently a service is required, the cheaper each treatment will be for the client.
• Carpet pricing is generally based on each individual room to be treated, collectively totaled for one price per occurrence.  As with other floorings, more frequent carpet and upholstery cleaning will result in lower per occurrence prices.  Additionally, combination services, ie. traditional maid cleaning + carpet and upholstery cleaning will result in a combined discount for the entire bill.  For example, a home which would cost $75.00 for maid service, $125.00 for carpet cleaning and $50.00 for upholstery, would incur an approximate discount of $30.00, leaving a total price of approximately $220.00.  Please note that the prices of the above example are approximations.
• There are several others items to consider when setting a price for a treatment.  The lack of availability to park in close proximity to the entrance of the area to be serviced, large or abnormally high numbers of steps required to reach the area to be treated and unusually stained or soiled treatment areas will increase the cost per treatment.

Carpet cleaning pricing by room:  Based on standard-sized room of up to 280 square feet.  Please note that there is a minimum of $60.00 required per cleaning.
